Magia del Duende is operated by AKISHULIK & CO S.A.C., RUC 20609584387, located at Predio Rural Los Tres Hermanitos II S/N, Sec. Bristol, Chazuta, San Martin, Peru.
The centre offers retreats, plant dietas, and traditional medicine ceremonies within a natural environment designed to support personal reflection, healing, and learning. All activities are conducted with care for participant wellbeing, respect for traditional knowledge, and stewardship of the surrounding forest environment.
Participation and Responsibility
Participation in retreats and ceremonial activities is voluntary. By attending the centre, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the intake process and for communicating any relevant physical or psychological conditions.
All participants must complete the centre’s intake process prior to participation. The intake documentation outlines the conditions of participation, expectations of conduct, and relevant health and safety considerations. These intake documents form the primary contractual understanding between the participant and the centre.
Safeguarding and Environment
Magia del Duende operates with a commitment to safeguarding participants and protecting the surrounding natural environment. Staff and facilitators are trained to provide attentive care, maintain respectful boundaries, and support a safe retreat environment where participants can experience personal space, reflection, and healing.
Participants are expected to follow the guidance of facilitators, respect other guests, and act in ways that protect the land, facilities, and community of the centre.
Personal Responsibility
Activities at the centre may involve traditional plant medicine ceremonies, dietary restrictions, and periods of reflection or solitude. By choosing to participate, individuals acknowledge that these experiences may involve emotional and physical processes.
Participants accept responsibility for their decision to attend and agree to follow all safety guidance provided by the centre and its facilitators.
Scope of Services
Retreat activities offered at the centre are intended as cultural, educational, and personal development experiences. They are not presented as medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Participants remain responsible for their own health decisions and should consult qualified professionals regarding any medical conditions prior to attending.
While facilitators provide guidance and support during retreats and ceremonies, individual experiences and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Complaints and Discrepancies
In accordance with Peruvian consumer protection regulations, the centre maintains a Libro de Reclamaciones (Complaints Book) available both on this website and at the centre.
Any concerns or discrepancies regarding services should be submitted through this complaints book or raised through the communication process established during the intake stage. Complaints will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with applicable Peruvian regulations.
Privacy and Personal Data
Information provided during the intake process or through contact forms is used solely for the purpose of organising participation, safeguarding wellbeing, and responding to enquiries or complaints. Personal data is handled with confidentiality and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfil the services provided.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any matters arising from participation in the centre’s activities will be addressed under Peruvian jurisdiction.
Acceptance
By completing the intake process and attending the centre, participants confirm that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to participate in accordance with them.
